Exactly how does this “defy all logic,” Minnie? I didn’t need to read a single (hacked) DNC email to know find out (1) who the superdelegates were and (2) who they voted for.

The truth of the matter is that every elected official who served as a superdelegate--with the exception of Rep. Tulsi Gabbard--chose Hillary over Bernie. The few superdelegates that sided with Bernie in 2016 were DNC officials. And Bernie had no qualms about asking the superdelegates to ditch Hillary after he was mathematically eliminated. Nevermind the fact that she got nearly 4M more votes, nevermind that anointing Bernie as the nominee would fly directly in the face of the primary voters who preferred her.

Bernie’s behavior says one of two things: that he’s 1000% comfortable with the supposed corruption of the DNC when he thinks it might work for him or that he doesn’t believe his own narrative about superdelegates “rigging" the primaries against him.

I don’t need to read a single DNC email to know that the elected superdelegates simply didn’t like Bernie very much. I also don’t need to read those emails to know that those superdelegates voted for who they wanted to vote for in accordance with DNC guidelines. And I most definitely don’t need to read those emails to know that Bernie’s inability to charm 46 of his Senate colleagues into voting for him (instead of a former Senator who had been gone for nearly eight years) says more about his general electibility than his supporters are willing to admit.
